We started this work as part time gig in 2009; not knowing its full potential. But immediately we realized that there is a great need of a reliable yet affordable car service in Mid Atlantic region because there were just too many stories of missed pickups, unclean vehicles, drivers not accepting credit cards, unprofessional or even dishonest drivers; not to mention absence of communication skills and the use of technology.

Soon, we had developed a decent base of satisfied customers through professionalism, honesty, reliability, and efficiency. We started to monitor the weather for potential impact on trips, started to scan the local traffic databases to avoid jams, tracking customer flights for delays, cancellations, or diversions, even started to follow the local team schedules to anticipate congestion; and all this is before Google Maps & Waze were a thing.

This is how & why we are among very few private passenger local transportation businesses who survived the competition from giants like Uber & Lyft. When they were busy mistreating their drivers & "surge charging" their customers, we built a loyal fan base.
